Good in full leather with five raised bands to spine, gilt decoration to spine, full marbled edges, and matching marbled endpages. Title label on spine is no longer present though faint impression remains. Heavy chipping and cracking to leather along hinges, spine ends, and edges of boards. Top headband remains along with remnants of ribbon bookmark. Boards remain securely attached and binding remains tight. The interior is overall very clean with occasional light spots of foxing. Decorated with head and tail pieces and initials. A good reading copy. 698 pages. FRE/081309.
