This 4th sculpture symposium along the Latin American sculptors included this year a guest sculptor from Turkey, creating an heterogenic artistic group that ranged from abstract, figurative and conceptual art who worked in monumental pieces (2 to 4 meters) using wood as their main material. The artist's were chosen based on their merits and previous experience with large formats included: Mauricio Guajardo (Chile 1976), Carlos Guzman (Puerto Rico), Carlos Medina (Venezuela 1953), Fernando Pinto (Colombia 1975), Kemal Tufan (Turkey 1962) and Ramon Villalobos "Tijelino" (México 1934).
