Mr. Peepers: A Sort of Novel

  • Hardcover
  • New York: Simon and Schuster, 1955
By Cox, Wally, with the assistance of William Redfield
New York: Simon and Schuster. Very Good+ in Good+ dj. 1955. First Edition. Hardcover. NOISBN . [ffep removed, otherwise quite a decent copy, with light shelfwear; jacket has a bit of paper loss at spine ends (no loss of text), a couple of tiny tears at edges of rear panel]. Novelization, of sorts, based on the TV series of the same name which starred Cox as "that most undominant of men," mild-mannered high school science teacher Robinson J. Peepers. The show ran for three years on NBC, ending its run the same year this book appeared, and in its low-key way seems remarkably modern when viewed today. .
