Good condition. The covers slightly rubbed, creased and soiled. There is a small loss from the bottom edge of the covers and each page, perhaps due to insect nibbling. The bottom edge of the title page has a couple of small light moisture stains. The outer corners of the pages are dog eared. The diagram of the lay-out of the college that is stapled to the verso of the front cover has become partially detached. Includes photographic representations of the library, the Commons Building, the Mechanics Arts Building, and more.
