A rather rare and early railroad pamphlet.The work describes the process and costs of construction of the railroad between Albany and Schenectady, which was finished in 1831. Bloodgood (1799-1866) was also the author of "An Englishman's Sketch-Book: or Letters From New York". This copy was discarded from the New York Public Library.
