This is his first novel about a Englishman who falls in love with an American heiress and his pursuit to grow his fortunes in order to win her affections. Very good in original green cloth with gilt title and author on spine and title and author initials on front cover. Bumping to corners, some soiling to covers, and chipping and fading to spine.
