Presentation of drawings by noted artist Francisco Toledo (b. Mexico), taken from 27 notebooks given by the artist to the Secretaría de Hacienda as a payment (pago en especie) to cover his taxes. The central theme of the catalogue is the scatological, the relationship between the death and the fecal matter. Mexico's poet David Huerta was invited to write a composition about the theme and it is included here to give the catalogue a poetic image.
