There is a good deal of information on hunting, especially buffalo, and there is also plenty of material on Indian tribes and culture. Additionally, there are some early accounts of Buffalo Bill Cody, and Wild Bill Hickok. The work is illustrated with fifty-one illustrations from drawings of Henry Worrall and photographs.
