Large oblong quarto [25.5 cm x 33.5 cm] Beige and black illustrated wraps with a string tie binding. Good. The covers are curled and heavily soiled. The string-tie binding is heavily frayed. There are numerous light moisture stains on the front wrap, and there is a red moisture stain on the bottom edge of the rear wrap. This moisture stain measures 3 inches wide by 3/4 of an inch tall. The fore edge of the front wrap is chipped. The text block is a bit wavy. The pages have very minor sporadic soiling. Complete. With twenty-two views of Salt Lake City sketched by N. I. Gornick for the Deseret Book Company.
