Rogers, AR: Avalon Press, 1948. First edition. Hardcover. Very good/good. SIGNED. 108pp. Octavo [23 cm] Silver paper covered boards. The extremities are marginally bumped and rubbed. There is a gift inscription on the front pastedown, and the pages are darkened. In a dust jacket which is almost completely torn in half along the front fold of the spine. The spine is heavily darkened, the panels are just a little stained, and the edges have periodic small closed and open tears. The front inside flap has a decorative sticker adhered to it. "This volume of lovely and varied verse is the co-operative effort of the Sonneteers, a group of Utah poets organized in 1933, with four charter members: Christie Lund Coles, Beatrice Knowlton Ekman, Vesta Pierce Crawford, and Claire Stewart Boyer, the permanent president." - Olive Woolley Burt, Woman's Editor, The Deseret News.
