  • New York: : Privately Printed (Bartlett Orr Press),, 1929.
By Gould, Cora Smith
Tall 8vo, blue cloth with paper label on front cover, decorative endpapers, illustrated with 8 plates, 1, xiii-xiv, 38 pp. Slight wear to extremities, a little staining on back cover, Christmas 1929 notation on front endpaper; otherwise very good or better. This is a rather scarce privately printed book by Cora Smith Gould. The OCLC locates only three copies. Gould was a descendent of John Smith, and she dedicated the book to him. This work is about a trip to Ipswich by Gould, who gives a rich account of its history, and tries to connect it to John Smith. Her other works include "Gems for All Generations", "Winged Journeys", and the "Biography of Francis Shubael Smith."
