Pamphlet, 8vo, dbd, removed, 18 pp. Disbound, some browning and aging, a few chips and tears at extremities. This little report provides information about the process of selling land "lying North of the river Ohio," Seems that purchasers were required to put down one twentieth, and resolve the balance within sixty days. At least some of the lands being sold were purchased from the Wabash Indians. The last letter in the pamphlet is signed in print by Albert Gallatin (1761-1849), who was the Secretary of the Treasury 1801-1813.
