Richmond: Whittet and Shepperson, 1908. Hard Cover. Very Good binding. The first year book issued by the Richmond Academy, a secondary school for boys established by the Trustees of Richmond College in 1902. The Academy was housed in two buildings -- one containing a study hall and four classrooms, and the other containing the primary school --located just south of the College on Lombardy and Park. We particularly like the page dedicated to the "Academy Chapter of Knights of Inertia and Lassitude", Place of Meeting: "Biach right-hand corner of study hall". A nice item of Richmond lore from the turn of the last century. Hinges have been reinforced. Very Good binding.
