Washington, 1884. Paperback. 34pp. Thin octavo [22.5 cm] Unbound pamphlet. Good only. The pamphlet text block is in two pieces. The first and last pages are lightly soiled, creased and stained. The edges of the first page are chipped, and the edges also have 5 or 6 small closed tears. The longest closed tear measures 1 inch long. There is a tiny numerical notation on this page as well. Subtly yellowed pages. There are a couple of small stains on p. 34, else the pages are clean. Fragile. Number 561 is listed at the head of the title. From the Smithsonian Report for 1869.
