All volumes crisp and clean, with bright gilt-design and lettering to the front panels and spines. Near Fine in their olive-green cloth. Thick octavos, 842 pgs. all told, top-edges gilt. Vol. I is the 1926 2nd edition and is titles "Lessons for Beginners"; Vol. II is the 1926 1st edition and is titled "Mechanics of the Game"; and Vol. IV is the 1922 2nd edition and is titled "Methods and Players". All 3 of these titles were written by J. Parmly Paret.
