Prudential House Warming.

- New York:: Baldwin & Gleason,, 1892
Oblong 8vo (6" X 8 1/4"), full grey-brown pig with pictorially engraved celluloid cover label, nine celluloid pages with engraved or etched illustrations for various menu options, pages stitched on leather hinges. Leather rubbed, corners a bit bumped, dampstaining to rear cover causing moisture wear to rear pastedown, front hinge stitching on first page separated, pages a bit warped; otherwise very good. A rather scarce souvenir item for a house warming party for the newly completed Prudential building. This is likely to be for the building erected in Newark, New Jersey in 1892, but demolished in 1956.
