This is a somewhat scarce pamphlet that presents correspondence between the Secretary of the Interior and George W. Manypenny, who was the Commissioner of Indian Affairs. They discuss some of the issues concerning the conflicts with Native Americans, and offer some remedies, including funding for these solutions.
