Hardcover. 131pp. Duodecimo [18.5 cm] 1/4 brown cloth with decorative cloth covered boards, a gilt stamped title on the spine, and a brown ink stamped title on the front cover. Decorative endsheets. Good. The extremities are mildly darkened, rubbed and stained. The edges of the spine and covers are subtly bumped. Slight spine lean. The top edge of the text block is darkened. There is a previous owner's bookplate on the front pastedown, and there is a former owner's name on the front flyleaf. The text block is cracked at the beginning. Mildly browned pages. Armistead Churchill Gordon was a Virginia lawyer who also wrote prose and poetry.
