The edges of the wraps are creased, and have numerous short closed tears. The longest closed tear is a 1/4 of an inch long. The front wrap has an ink stamp and a brief notation in pen. The front wrap also has large, but very light damp stains. The wraps are very slightly soiled, and there is a tiny stain on the rear wrap. There is a very small loss from the paper at the foot of the spine. The first couple of pages are very subtly moisture stained. There is a numerical ink stamp at the foot of the preface page. Short concise history of the railroad town of Ogden, by one of the preeminent historians of the day.
