The covers are very lightly soiled, and there are roughly 5 small stains on the spine and covers. The largest stain is a light moisture stain, that measures 3/4 of an inch in diameter. The edges of the covers are creased. The paper at the head of the spine is chipped, and there is a 3/4 inch long closed tear in the paper at the foot of the spine. The pages are yellowed. Flake 8852.
