Stephensen and lavishly illustrated by Norman Lindsay, with 7 of his engravings complementing the text. Bound by Kelly & Sons in half-leather over navy-blue boards and limited to 550 copies. Solid, tight and VG, with light staining and wear at the panels. Elephant folio, top-edge gilt, deckled fore and bottom-edges. A very impressive, uncommon rendering of one of Nietzsche's darkest texts, originally published exactly 40 years earlier.
