Solid and VG in a bright, price-intact, VG- dustjacket, with several closed tears (mended with clear tape), light creasing at the front panel and light foxing to the preliminaries. Tall quarto, crisp black-and-white photos of Frank Meads thruout and the occasional drawings of Lionel Edwards. Tasteful bookplate of Edward M. Crane, prominent publisher (whose papers are now held at Special Collections at Princeton University Library) and former president of Van Nostrand Company.
