Single page map of Japan (10 1/2" x 14"), colored. Paper slightly brittle, left margin somewhat narrow, some normal aging and browning; otherwise about very good. George F. Cram (1842-1928) served in the army during the Civil War, and founded his map company in Illinois in 1867, long after most of the major map companies established their business. and started making globes in 1932, and continued as a business for over 130 years. Colored and very detailed map of Japan, which also shows the coast of Asia.
