Print, 4to, chromolithograph, colored. Slight aging and browning, left margin a slightly rough from extraction (no affect on image); otherwise bright and clean. This plate comes from Wright's (1836-1916) celebrated work on fruit(The Fruit Growers Guide). The beautiful plates from this work are credited to Miss Gertrude Hamilton and Marie Low. This colorful chromolithograph features twos types of plums, Rivers' Early Prolific and Early Transparent Gage, in a few different colors. A very attractively colored print.
