1911. Paperback. Slim quarto [26.5 cm] Tan patterned wraps with the company emblem and lettering stamped in gilt, brown, and gray on the front wrap, and a brown string tie binding. Illustrated. Good. There are numerous closed and open tears in the edges of the wraps. The longest closed tear is 2" long, and has been neatly dabbed with glue. There is also a tiny open tear in the center of the front wrap. The corners of the pages are a bit dog-eared, and the threads are visible in the inside margins of the pages. A company that developed from the F. E. McGurrin & Co. At the time the firm was incorporated and the name changed to Salt Lake Security & Trust Company in 1904, the capital and surplus was $200,000.00.
