Printed in green and black, with 19 drypoint etchings by Roger De Valerio. De Valerio is perhaps best known as the editor of Le Rire, and a designer of posters. He illustrated two books--Le Supremale, and Sacha Guitry's The Lion and the Hen. Originally issued in wrappers, this copy has been rebound in Spanish leather. #246 of 260 copies. Very Good+ binding.
