Pamphlet, folio (9" x 14"),original green wrappers, illustrated top cover, two page black and white map, 64 pp. A couple of chips to cover edges, very slight soiling or staining, normal aging; overall in very good plus condition. A promotional piece that was designed to help the development of Atlantic City. Probably the most interesting aspect of this pamphlet is the record of real estate values included in the report. Not surprisingly it attempts show a record of increased real estate values. It also presents the health benefits of Atlantic City, and includes a two page map of the Atlantic City Metropolitan Area.
