Hand Colored Map - Circulus Saxoniae Inferioris in quo sunt Ducatus Holsatiae, Meklenburgi, Lauwenburgi, Brunsuigi, Luneburgi, Bremae et Ferdae Archiepiscopatus Magdenburgensis Episcopatus Hildesiae et Halberstadii. Nuremberg: Ex Officina Davidus Funcky, Circa 1700. 48 cm by 60 cm. Book condition: Very good. This map once resided in a folio book, and is now loose. The edges are very lightly bumped and chipped. The top edge bears a short closed tear and a small number in pen. The center fold has been re-enforced with tap on the back. Two small closed tears along the side have been repaired with tape along the back as well. There are several library marks and notations on the back. There is a detailed color vignette in the bottom corner. This is a very lovely map.
