Ex-library number on spine and stamp inside front and rear covers. Printed book plate honoring Steven F. Christensen on front pastedown. Previous owner has added a handwritten index of subjects of two pages that have been tipped in at front. Contents still good, tight with light underlining on two pages. Collated complete. Condition noted in price.
