- Washington, DC: , 1895.
Pamphlet, 8vo, disbound and removed, 13 pp. Some aging and darkening, disbound, a few lines underlined in pencil: otherwise very good. Calvin Stewart Brice (1845-1898) was born in Denmark, Ohio, and would become a U.S. senator from that state. He was also a railroad builder and financier. This pamphlet seems to document Brice's efforts to encourage 'aerial navigation.' He gives a little history on the subject and argues that when accomplished it would be "one of the greatest social, economic, and industrial revolutions in the history of mankind." ANB.
