The covers shows Zale knocking out Graziano for the middleweight crown, in the first of three brutal fights. The issue is filled with pictures and short descriptions of some of the best fighter of the 1940s, including Joe Louis, Tippy Larkin, Marcel Cerdan, Willie Pep, Ezzard Charles, Sugar Ray Robinson, Freddie Mills and Jake LaMotta.
