Top edge trimmed; other edges deckled. Very good condition. Mildly bumped and rubbed at the spine ends and corners of the covers. The spine is barely perceptibly faded. There is a very minor stain on the top edge of the text block. From the collection of Berkeley book collector and letterpress printer, John Ruyle. First edition thus. This is an enlarged edition of Wooed by a Sphinx of Azatlan, with additional stories. Tales of the old West, involving Indian legend ("phantom dog"), and with some weird touches.
