Through her art-objects, artist Yani Pecanins pays tribute to her mother, the noted gallery owner Teresa Pecanins and her sisters Ana María and Montserrat. The exhibition "Paseo de Gracia" comprises small boxes, various objects and short texts, along with art works in mixed media collages, artist and art books, all related to the artist's most intimate memories, family history in Barcelona and Mexico and her interior universe. "Each one of the pieces of this exhibition are part of a ritual of farewell that the artist shares with the spectator without having to explain anything else."
