'Far too controversial' was the network's verdict. Ths persuaded [the author] that more should be known about the operations of our highest tribunal and how its decisions are arrived at." This spurred him on to two years of research for this book, detailed in a four-page publisher's publicity release, laid in to this very nice copy of his second novel. .
