Small tear in foot of spine and two tiny closed tears in top edge of rear cover. Three inch crease to upper corner of rear cover and last page. Paperclip impressions in fore edge of several pages and 1/2 inch closed tear at bottom hinge of page 335/336. Reddick N. ALfred (1822-1905) was a well known Mormon pioneer. He was in charge of a company of 73 wagons en-route to Utah, enlisted in the Mormon Battalion, served a mission in the Sandwich Islands, and was a high-priest, bishop, patriarch, husband and father.
