A collection of photos of the Bar Harbor Maine area around 1916. The album begins with photographs of a group of girls camping by a lake. There are numerous nature photographs of the lake and surrounding forest as well as a group photo of the girls in front of their tent. The girls are also seen enjoying activities around the lake including swimming and canoeing. There are a few action shots of girls diving into the lake. Later in the album there are photos of the town and a procession of men in straw hats and women in white dresses parading through a field. A few photos show a fishing trip, one with a woman in waders holding a fishing rod and another showing the group with the catch of the day. One small group of photos shows a winter scene in the area and the album ends with a landscape photo from the peak of a small mountain.

An interesting collection of photographs depicting Maine women enjoying nature.
