A paper by Levi Edgar Young prepared for a Western History 111 course, Extension Division, University of Utah. The author covers such topics as Spanish Aims in America, Irrigation, The Indians That the Spaniards Met, The French and the Indians, Conspiracy of Pontiac, Black Hawk and more. Young eventually went on to become the head of the University of Utah's Department of Western History.
