Small 8vo, original yellow printed wrappers, top cover illustrated, with cord tie, 22 pp. Some staining and foxing, a couple or corner folds, partially uncut, one page tear, contents with normal aging; otherwise in surprisingly good condition. Charming little receipt book that includes a calendar for 1877. Contains a number of basic receipts, including breakfast roils, buckwheat cakes, Boston cream chicken, and tomato sauce. Also includes advertisement for Mrs. Winslow's Soothing Syrup.
