Small 8vo pamphlet, original printed paper wrappers, 48 pp. Covers worn and with spine and edgewear, hard to read a couple of words, minor corner folds, paper browned and aged, but not brittle; in decent shape overall. In addition to serving as a mini account book, this little book is full of medical and other useful information. This includes diagnosis of heart disease, constipation, bronchitis, headaches and skin diseases. Dr. Pierce puts in a plug for some remedies. Since this is an account book, there are a couple of pages with hand written notations.
