Folded leaf. Book condition: Very good with rubbed, bumped and chipped edges. Two short closed tears and a few creases to corners. Light soiling to folds and edges with a yellow stain in middle. With an ""Estray Notice"" from Arizona announcing four horses ""said to have been stolen from Utahns by Navajos and Paiutes"" (Page 401). ContainsElder Wilford Woodruf's article titled""Downtrodden Women of Utah"", which criticizes the federal government for perceived hypocricy in granting women the right to hold national judicial office but denying Utah women the right to hold state legislative office. Woodruff writes, ""But the times have changed....women are becoming better acquainted with political affairs and they are naturally desirous of obtaining and exercising all their rights and priveleges under the law.""
