Slight rubbing to bottom board edges; gilt on spine and top edge a bit dulled; still a tight, Very Good or better copy. Two small ink ownership notations to endpapers; with armorial bookplate of Beryl, Viscomtesse Cawdrey to front pastedown (daughter of Lord Edward Spencer-Churchill); and another engraved armorial bookplate to front free endpaper, of Trollope collector Roger Dow.
