1940. Hardcover. Near Fine. Small brad bound album measuring 2.75" x 4.5". Contains 32 black and white gelatin silver photographs measuring 2.5" x 3.5" without captions. Very good album with tiny tears and edgewear with near fine photographs.
A photo album of snaps kept by a woman on a road trip with two of her girlfriends in the late 1940s. The women went to a cabin by a lake in the summer and are seen posing by their car in front of the cabins. The landscapes of the retreat are seen throughout the album with large pines, waterfalls, and a ski lift hanging over the trees. One photo shows two of the women on a bench with their legs over each other, another shows one of the girls posed next to a river. They work on their cars with men at the camp, pose seductively leaning on their cabin door, and took a horse drawn carriage out for a spin.
A modest but interesting album of a woman's vacation with her friends.
