The wooden doll was upset because Baby wouldn't look at her as Baby wanted a Black dolly and she was white. She dipped herself in ink and did what she could to become Black. The excited little girl told her Nursie about her new doll. Nursie declared "what a dear little dirty dolly!" She was immediately washed and soon a white wooden doll once again. Measures 5 1/2" x 4 1/2
