Philadelphia: J. B. Lippincott, 1940. First Edition. Hard Cover. Very Good binding/Good dust jacket. A clean First Edition copy with no marks of any kind; the binding has some minor soiling. The dustjacket has some lost to the top of the spine and the front panel; as well as chipping to the rear panel (the largest piece missing being about 1 1/2” and not affecting the text). The front flap is nearly separated at the fold. For all of that the dustjacket is reasonably bright; it has not been price-clipped and is now protected with a new mylar cover. Very Good binding / Good dust jacket.
