New York: Brentano's, 1904. First edition. Paperback. Good. 77pp. Slim quarto [25.5 cm] Dark green cloth over boards, lettered and embellished in white and red on the front cover. Brown floral endpapers. Red single-ruled page borders. The front cover has a couple of small moisture stains, the rear cover is abraded, and the white stamping on the spine has rubbed away. There are several small gaps in the white borders on the front cover as well. The hinges are weak, and there is a small loss from the bottom edge of the front free endpaper. The text block is cracked at p. 15. A book intended to serve as a practical guide for those dealing with lace on a commercial level.
