Texts in Latin and a variety of early forms of modern European languages. The subtitle cribs from the Old Testament book of Ecclesiastes, reading roughly: "With much wisdom comes much indignation. I looked and looked and indeed everything under the sun is vanity and vexation and infinite foolishness. The learned die just like the foolish. It would be better to know that there is nothing in this life but to rejoice and do good.
