Elegantly illustrated Banquet Menu and Program held at the Mayflower Hotel in Washington D.C. The toastmaster: Hon. Tasker L. Oddie, U.S. Senator, Nevada. The speakers: Noah Swayne & Hon. William H. King, U.S. Senator, Utah. An interesting pencil illustration on ther rear cover displaying a box filled with "Mineral Resources". 1 cm. closed tear to lower wraps and paper, and small ink spot on cover, otherwise clean and crisp.
