From an original painting by Marilyn Newman, this menu depicts a scene from a French Cafe, which is discussed on the back cover. Completed in 1930, the Barbizon-Plaza Hotel was originally built as the first residential hotel equipped as a music and arts center in the United States. This extensive menu features a "Theatre-Goers Dinner", Seafood, Salads, Sandwiches, Soups, and a large array of Entrees including: Noisette of Milk Fed Veal, Filet of Grey Sole, Roast Racks and Leg of Spring Lamb, and much more. The "Barbizon Cocktail" is highlighted for 75c, along with other cocktails, wines, and liquors. Small light stain to bottom of menu.
