From an original painting by Marilyn Newman, this menu depicts a scene of a Spanish Inn which is discussed on the back cover. Completed in 1930, the Barbizon-Plaza Hotel was originally built as the first residential hotel equipped as a music and arts center in the United States. This extensive menu features a "Theatre-Goers Dinner", Seafood, Salads, Sandwiches, Soups, and a large array of Entrees including: Stripped Bass, English Loin Lamb Chop, Calf's Liver and Bacon, and much more. The "Barbizon Cocktail" is highlighted for 75c, along with other cocktails, wines, and liquors. Small 2cm. stain on interior and back cover, front cover clean crisp.
