A small restaurant in the heart of Broadway, known for the place to catch a bite before and after a show. The owner had a big heart and never refused a meal to struggling actors and musicians. An extensive menu with a HUGE array of sandwiches alongside the "Kitty Winky Special" - sandwiches made with eggs. After Theatre Supper Specialties include: Chicken Chow Mein, Steak Tartare, Hot Tamales, Sturgeon with Scrambled Eggs and Onions, Macaroni and Tongue au Gratin, and much more. What stands out about this particular menu is the front and rear covers are brimming with black and white photos of broadway and movie stars arranged in collage style. Pick a star from the 20s, 30s, and 40s and you will find them here, including: The Marx Brothers, Judy Garland, Spencer Tracy, Katherine Hepburn, and many more. Cover edges chipped and lightly toned. Interior clean and crisp.
